Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about who we are and the work we do.
The Ross-Pitts Family Foundation, Inc. was established following a deeply personal family loss in April 2025. That experience inspired our Founding Board Members to come together with a shared commitment to transform their experience into purposeful service. What began as a desire to support one another grew into a broader mission to extend compassion, resources, and encouragement to individuals and families within the community.
Incorporated in June 2025, the Foundation moved quickly from vision to action. Since its founding, the organization has focused on delivering meaningful support through educational scholarships, small business start-up assistance, and emergency support resources for individuals and families facing short-term hardship.
Our mission centers on strengthening families, supporting youth development, promoting education, and providing community-based assistance that encourages stability and long-term well-being. We believe that positive outcomes are achieved when individuals are supported, empowered, and connected to reliable resources.
Family unity, care, and mutual support were essential to our own healing process, and those same values guide our work in the community. We believe strong families contribute to strong communities, and this belief informs every program, partnership, and initiative we pursue.

The Ross Pitts Family Foundation Inc was honored to participate in the Holiday Community Baby Shower Brunch graciously hosted by Do Care Doula Foundation Inc. on Dec 13th, 2025. This uplifting event brought families together for a day centered on care, encouragement, and meaningful community support.
